The Delta is a Master's level qualification that builds on prior training and teaching experience by deepening understanding of English language teaching (ELT) methodology and exploring how to apply this knowledge in real-world professional contexts. While we typically recommend applicants have a CELTA and at least two years of post-CELTA teaching experience, we consider each application on its own merits. Relevant experience gained before CELTA, or an initial qualification that included at least six hours of observed and assessed teaching practice, may also meet the entry requirements.
