All our online Celta course dates run simultaneously in The East Coast USA, West Coast USA and UK time zones. Only courses marked ** are available in the Australian Eastern Time Zone. Simply indicate your time zone of preference in the application form and you will be enrolled in the cohort of your desired time zone.

Hostelling International is the ideal option for someone looking to stay on budget and be close to our DC center. The hostel is clean, modern, safe and student-friendly, offering rooms in four-bed, six-bed, eight-bed, and ten-bed configurations. If you don't mind sharing a room with other guests, HI-DC is a great place to stay while earning your CELTA. The hostel also offers private rooms for your comfort.

Capitol Hill Stay



Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Capitol Hill, these cozy furnished apartments are a great escape when you are looking for some quiet time to prepare your lessons. Living in Capitol Hill is a great way to immerse yourself in a local DC neighborhood with a small-town feel. In addition to being safe and quiet, Capitol Hill is a short walk to the red metro line, which will take you right to the school.

Bryant Homestay



Bryant Homestay is a privately owned local accommodation located in the Catholic U. Area in Northeast area of Washington DC. It’s conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, and within walking distance of the red line metro (Brookland CUA station). The host, Pamela Bryant, lives on-site and and is available for any questions or needs you may have. Homestay is a common option used by international students, it's not BnB sytle; you share a house with a local family and students.

Teaching House Washington DC is offering several FREE ENGLISH CLASSES for good attenders. Join us and practice your speaking, writing and listening.

You will receive a certificate at the end of the course. Classes are free for students who maintain 90% attendance or above. All students must pay a $20 materials fee.
