Do I need the CELTA if I'm already a teacher?

Not if you're content with your teaching abilities or current teaching position. However, we think that even if you are currently a teacher, you can always update your teaching methods, and there's always more to learn regarding the latest methodology and teaching theory. We always have a few trainees in each course who are currently teachers or have teaching experience, and their time spent on the course (according to their testimonials) has been very well spent.
