CELTYL Certification

Certificate in English Language Teaching to Young Learners (CELTYL)
This qualification is appropriate for teachers who wish to specialize in teaching English to children or teenagers. The course is designed for first-time teachers with little or no experience teaching English as a second language. In this way it is like the CELTA, except that CELTA certification is directed toward the teaching of adults. Both the CELTA course and the CELTYL course involve teaching practice, written assignments, and obligatory classroom observation.
