Boston—New England’s cultural and economic center—lies at the mouths of the Charles and Mystic Rivers. It is well known for its harbor, the boisterous local population and the harsh winter climate.

Boston plays host to one of the largest populations of students in North America and is thus well suited to the demands of student life—bars and cafes on every corner and late night public transportation. Yet Boston is also steeped in the past. Here, one will find themselves historical sites and museums honoring Boston’s role in American History.

From May through August, Teaching House at the Wentworth Institute of Technology offers full time CELTA Teacher Training courses, giving students the opportunity to have an engaging academic and cultural experience. Students at Teaching House Boston have access to our large classrooms with up-to-date smart boards and video facilities.

Located in the Fenway area of Boston, Teaching House at Wentworth is just a brief walk away from the Museum of Fine Arts, and other academic institutions like Northeastern University and the Massachusetts College of Art. We are located next to the MBTA Green Line, which is a short ride to downtown Boston. If you choose to drive, Teaching House Boston is easily accessible from all surrounding areas with many public garages nearby starting at $10 a day.
